Go for the Oracle DBA but take the time to learn some Linux Sys-Admin as well. One of the beautiful aspects of being a DBA is that we have the opportunity to be Programmer/Database designer/Sys Admin. You can only increase your worth if you know not only how the DB works but how the server works as well.
