1. F&B MANAGER
- Male max. 45 years old
- Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage specific major
- Min 5 years experience as F&B Manager in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Good experience to set up menu, and F&B operational system
- Ability to train associates in alcohol intervention, service quality, job skills, food
handling, and sanitation.
2. RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage Management
- Min. 5 years experience as Restaurant or Fast Food Outlet Manager
- Good technical knowledge in inventory methods, service quality, job skill, food handling.
3. KITCHEN CONTROLLER
- Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage Management
- Min. 4 years experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Good technical knowledge in inventory methods, management logistic, cost control, and
food ordering.
4. EXECUTIVE CHEF
- Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage.
- Min. 5 years experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Excellent technical knowledge in handling and cooking food, Chinese food, western food,
Indonesiaan food and masakan nyonya.
5. PASTRY CHEF
- Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage, Pastry
- Min. 4 years experience as pastry bakery at bakery or reputable hotel.
6. CHIEF STEWARD
- Male max. 40 years old
- Min. Diploma of Tourism, Food and Beverage Management
- Min. 5 years experience in same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Good technical knowledge to handling and maintain F&B tools and equipment.
7. COST CONTROLLER
- Male or Female max. 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor of Economic
- Min. 4 years experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Excellent technical knowledge in costing, budgeting, hotel management, inventory
control, food logistic management.
8. INVENTORY CONTROLLER
- Male max. 38 years old
- Min. Bachelor of Logistic management, Economic Management
- Min. 5 years experience (from Logistic company will be an advantage)
- Excellent technical knowledge in handling type of asset, strong technical sjill in asset and
inventory management, and barcode system.
9. INTERNAL CONTROLLER
- Male or Female max. 38 years old
- Min. Bachelor of Economic
- Min. 4 years experience as income auditor or internal controller in restaurant
- Excellent technical knowledge in restaurant management, and audit
10. CHIEF ACCOUNTING
- Male or Female max. 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor of Accounting
- Min. 5 years experience in accounting with min. 2 years in Managerial level
- Having experience in 4 or 5 hotel is an advantage
11. FUNLAND SAFETY MAINTENANCE
- Male max. 45
Min. Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 5 years experience in fun land, pray ground, with good technical experience in
engineering and equipment maintenance
