Health Insurance That Just Right for You

0 komentar
Some insurance companies and life insurance make their health insurance market program with some different variants. In general, the health insurance company's program organized in cooperation with the hospital provider either directly or through intermediary institutions as a hospital network management.

Health insurance is a contractual agreement between insurance companies to its customers. Its contents, if the customer's risk of experiencing health-related, then the insurance company will replace the health cost issued.

Usually, replacement given to: Inpatient, operation, purchase of medicine and outpatient.

Not all replacement from health insurance gives the same. Some products only change Inpatient and other ads to the replacement operation. Only a few products give the full replace, from the Inpatient, surgery, medicine and outpatient, some Medical Insurance cover several medical services and items.

Costs of health care are basically divided into:
1. Health Care Costs, the costs that must be removed so that someone's health still fine. For example: for the health check-up, some vitamins etc.
2. Outpatient costs, the costs that must be issued to pay for consulting a doctor, when someone sick.
3. Inpatient costs, the costs that must be issued to pay for the costs associated with the Inpatient, when someone sick and have to stay.
4. Cost of medicine, the costs that must be spent to buy drugs.
5. Operating costs, the costs that must be removed when someone should be operated in the hospital.

Choosing Health Insurance
1. Health insurance should select that can provide protection Inpatient thoroughly, not only the replacement cost of a room, but also surgery costs, ambulance etc..
2. Keep taking Health insurance, even once your funds are limited at this time to pay the insurance premiums that may be felt expensive. However, select only the replacement cost of hospital rooms. Have this type of insurance excess.
3. Never take for the protection of outpatient services. Cost that you spend for treatment / dental treatment within a year is usually smaller and not at all comparable with the premium you pay.
4. Never take Health insurance that also provides the replacement cost of labor (Maternity). This is usually because the premium you pay will be almost the same magnitude with the number of claims later. Labor costs offered by insurance companies for labor is usually normal Maternity or confinement complicated Maternity.

Addition, the insurance company does not claim Maternity serve in the first year you pay the premium. This means you must pay a premium now, and new benefits you can receive if you give birth in the second.

So anyway to buy health insurance so must match the capabilities and objectives of the health insurance we participate. Not all health insurance products that can claim the product as the best, all the insurance products designed to meet a specific target market.

Get your own unique Facebook profile URL

0 komentar
Starting from June 13, 2009, you can get your own unique Facebook profile URL! Realize how your profile page might look something like: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=SOME_NUMBERS? It’s silly, hard to remember, and there is no easy way to show your profile to other people unless you give them the full link to your Facebook profile.

Now you can register your own URL by going to http://www.facebook.com/username/. Hurry up because you will compete with other Facebook users around the world! Once you choose yours, you can’t change it again though, so choose carefully!

Famous name Facebook users are going to be interested in the vanity URLs because it will make it easier for non-Facebook users to find them, noted Jacobson.

Those Facebook users who restrict access to their information may find it more convenient for their friends to connect to them with the vanity URLs, but their friends will still have to log in to see their restricted information, she said.

But according to the service, one name has already sold, though it has to be bogus. Assetize just started partially blocking out names sold so you can't see which ones were purchased, but if you load the page you will see facebook.com/alex.

What else is odd about this is that alex is a 4-letter URL, which is against Facebook's rules. So unless it was a Facebook employee who got the URL and was selling it, the whole thing seems to be a sham.

Not everyone was happy with the results of the URL FACEBOOK landgrab, as most of the people didn't get the names they wanted within minutes of login. Goodluck, if you got your's.

Google Squared Puts Search Results In A Grid

0 komentar
Google launches Google Squared, a new search tool

Google has launched a new experimental search tool called Google Squared, that collects facts from the web and presents them in an organised collection, similar to a spreadsheet.

A search for American Presidents on Google Squared, would bring up a grid listing several Presidents, with their date of birth, a description about them, political party and when they were died.
Google Squared does not provide a list of links to web pages like a regular Google search does, but presents information derived from a query in a spreadsheet-esque grid referred to as a “square”.

The tool has been developed for those queries which are more complex and require users to visit several websites to research and collect relevant information.

For example, a search for American presidents on Google Squared would bring up a grid listing several presidents, with their date of birth, a description about them and who they were preceded by.

Users of the new tool can then build upon and refine their “square” through further web searches.

Alex Komoroske, associate product manager for Google Squared, said: “It [Google Squared] essentially searches the web to find the types of facts you might be interested in, extracts them and presents them in a meaningful way.”

Martin McNulty, director of the search specialist Trafficbroker, commented: “Google Squared is something else. It massively enhances the search experience by bringing relevant results forward much more quickly and enabling people to quickly sort through and introduce new data as if on a spreadsheet. It effectively removes search layers, significantly improving the user experience by rapidly surfacing what they need to see. Other search engines are moving in a similar direction but once again you get the feeling Google is ahead of the crowd.”

Keadaan Asli Anda

Bukankah usia anda makin bertambah?

Kebutuhan Anda

2 komentar
Adakah kebutuhan pada anda? Kebutuhan apakah yang terasa pada anda?
Dapatkah anda menyebutkan kebutuhan anda yang sebenarnya?
Mungkin jawaban anda menyangkut hal makanan, pakaian, tempat tinggal,

selalu merasa kekurangan sesuatu. Rasa kurang ini tidak mungkin dipenuhi atau
ditanggulangi dengan adanya pakaian dan makanan.

Anda benar-benar merasakan kebutuhan itu, namun kebutuhan itu sesungguhnya bukanlah
masalah materi.

I've been working in a technical field for years (telecom) and I'm looking for a career change. (Telecom these days requires networking knowledge, Unix knowledge, Microsoft knowledge, understanding of protocols, and hardware)
I am planning to take the 3 courses required for a DBA (Oracle SQL, Admin I, Admin II), but obviously I won't be able to walk into a shop and be a DBA. I've read that starting as a developer is a way in, so I can take an additional PL/SQL class (I may take it anyway). I'm aware that I will need to take a pay cut to start and I am OK with that. Here are my questions:

How do I get started as a DBA?
Are their Entry Level DBA jobs in a shop with Sr. DBAs?
Is starting as a developer a valid way to get a foot in the door or is it a totally different carreer path?
What sort of starting pay can I expect?

Avoid the Procrastination

0 komentar

Students taking a test at the University of Vi...Image via Wikipedia

Do you put off things until tomorrow what you can do today? If so, you are a procrastinator. A lot of people consider that a little procrastination is acceptable and perfectly normal. In daily life, many times you still delay the task. But, you’re not aware that if you still delay what you can do today, you are inviting trouble. For example, a lot of students commonly delay to study for their final exam. So, they must study hard in limited time, or just one night before the exam. Exactly, it’s futile to study hard in limited time, or just one night before the exam. If you do that, on the day you’re doing the final exam, certainly you feel so tired and feel sleepy. And if you feel sleepy, you can’t concentrate on your final exam. Another example, most of people commonly procrastinate to seeing the dentist semi annually. Usually, most of people just seeing the dentist if they have a toothache. And for the result, they must have a medical treatment for their toothache. I consider that medical treatment for the toothache is always painful. So, for that reason people usually postponing seeing the dentist, in other words people dread to seeing the dentist. Finally, from that examples, we know that procrastination can cause a bad result. So, we must avoid the habit of procrastination. I believe that by being discipline with yourself, always remember all of consequences, and with support from friends, you can avoid the habit of procrastination.

The first thing to avoid the procrastination is start from yourself. You can’t avoid procrastination if you don’t believe that you can do it. You must be discipline with yourself, you can discipline yourself in many ways. One example, you can make your daily schedule, you should write your activities start from when you wake up till you sleep at night. If you have plan all your daily activities, you don’t need to worry about wasting time in futile activities. Having a daily schedule can rise many benefits in our life. One of the benefit is, you have activities that had been scheduled, so you can move from one of your activities to another activities in the right time. Another benefit is, if you have done all of your chores or your daily tasks, you can have more free time in your weekend, you don’t need to think and worry about what activities that you had delayed, because you have done all of your tasks. One more benefit, you didn’t need to finish your work a day before the deadline, so you do your work not in a limited time, and you can finish your work with better result than finish your work in a limited time. But, the important thing if you have a daily schedule, you must stick with your activities that have written on your schedule.

The second thing you can do to avoid the procrastination is always remember all consequences. Surely, procrastinate your tasks will have consequences. One example, usually if you don’t do your homework or your assignment from your teacher, you get punishment from your teacher. Maybe your homework or your assignment should be done double, or you’ve got to accept another homework or another assignment to be your punishment. Of course those punishment will make you busier, because besides that you must do your assignment , you must do your punishment too. Another example, if you procrastinate your tasks, your tasks will be mounted . In consequence, you must do all of your tasks at one time. Furthermore, in that time you have an event which must be present. How can you do all of your tasks in that situation? So, if you know that consequences you will get more difficulty, and you keep remember that consequences, i’m sure you will think twice to procrastinate your tasks.
The last thing you can do to avoid the procrastination is you ask for help and support from your friends. You need friends to remind you if you procrastinate your tasks. Maybe your friends can remind you about the punishment if you forget to do your work. I think support from your friends to push you up, to convince that you can avoid procrastination, will help you to change your habit. But, if you depend on your friends to support you to avoid procrastination, you should be associate with people who live with discipline themselves. If your friends are rife with procrastination or your friends are procrastinator too, i’m sure that you can’t avoid your habit.

People who often postpone doing things and then get into trouble is procrastinator. Procrastination can become a habit that is hard to break. If the procrastinators don’t change their attitude, it can cause a grave result. So. procrastinators must move with dispatch to change their habit. The important thing to avoid procrastination is start from yourself, you must be discipline with yourself, by having a daily schedule for example, so you can control your activities. Another thing you can do to avoid procrastination is always remember that keep delaying your tasks will have consequences. The last thing to change your bad habit is get support from your friends, you need friends to remind you if you procrastinate your tasks.

Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching.
Nothing could dampen her excitement -- not even her parent's nasty divorce.
Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear and would be the best-dressed mother- of-the-bride ever!
A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new young wife had bought the exact same dress as her mother!
Jennifer asked her father's new young wife to exchange it, but she refused.
'Absolutely not, I look like a million bucks in this dress, and I'm Wearing it,' she replied.
Jennifer told her mother who graciously said, 'Never mind sweetheart.
I'll get another dress. After all, it's your special day.'
