please suggest appropriately

I have recently completed my MCA and currently working in a call center. Prior to this job, I was a faculty teaching Oracle, Unix and other subjects. I had to change to Call center industry due to the recession in early 2001. I have considerable knowledge in Unix, Oracle 9i, C, VB and others. I would like to pursue my career further in Oracle/Unix. Could anybody please suggest appropriately.
