There are many ways to learn Oracle DB i.e SQL , PL/SQL and Administration part.
If you want to learn quickly then, the best way is to get training from Oracle University or from best place/friend you know.
If you have time, a Desktop/Laptop and Internet access, download and install Oracle DB first. This install will create a shell Database for you; there are many resources on net that can get you started in the above areas.
You need to learn the concepts and practice them on your shell DB. the more you practice , the better for you and also you can apply whatever you learn from your internship.
