as far as my knowledge my friend recently completed his ocp and now still he don not confident to complete his DBA because DBA course help is available in india there is no reliable coaching center available and he has also talk with tom MNC's HR and lots of them suggested him to change the field from DBA .because in field of DBA u have to wait for a long time to become a DBA with whole preveliges of system .

and as far as linux server administrator u have to chance for increment in your carrier and regarding their certification i have no idea keep in mind all above written statement .and then decide and i will suggest u that collect information from every source which is possible and take your own decision because this is your life and carrier. and Best of luck for your decision and carrier .
